Digital Services Delivery Coordinator

Opportunity

Key accountabilities

• Coordinate day-to-day digital service delivery and support; triage incoming requests and ensure they are prioritised, assigned and progressed to resolution.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and clients, keep clients informed, track issues and dependencies, and escalate risks or delays.
• Support service management processes, client experience improvements and onboarding of new APNA Digital Services team members.
• Support internal projects and improvement initiatives, including software trials, through documentation, records, meeting coordination, action follow-up and status and budget reporting.
• Prepare internal updates, newsletters and other communications; support team events, forums and engagement activities.

Education

• Certification, diploma or other tertiary qualification in information systems, business administration, project management or communications.

Skills and experience

• Strong time management, organisation, stakeholder communication and attention to detail.
• Microsoft Office and service desk tools such as ServiceNow are desirable; an interest in service management and digital delivery is expected.
• A self-starting, collaborative approach and initiative in a dynamic environment.
