- Analyze subcontractor and supplier quotations to determine cost-effective options.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, and expenditure throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare cost reports, cash-flow forecasts, and financial summaries for management.
- Identify potential cost variations and report financial risks proactively.
- Prepare and review contractual documents, variation orders, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, project specifications, and local regulations.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to confirm financial and contractual matters.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, planning, and fabrication teams to ensure alignment with project costs.
- Conduct site visits to verify progress, validate quantities, and assess variations in actual work.
- Support procurement in selecting and negotiating with suppliers of steel materials and services.
- Maintain accurate records of material quantities, production outputs, and cost data.
- Prepare monthly valuation reports, progress claims, and final account statements.
- Track material consumption vs. planned quantities to highlight discrepancies.
