Role Overview

Salary

• Salary is AED 5,000–8,000 per month, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs, BOQs, cost estimates, and commercial quotations.
• Review tender drawings, specifications, scope of work, and contract documents.
• Manage tendering from invitation and document review through submission.
• Follow Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality and government tender procedures.
• Prepare tender pricing, commercial submissions, and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams for competitive quotations.
• Identify risks, exclusions, clarifications, and commercial conditions before submission.
• Track submitted tenders and maintain a tender tracking system.
• Develop relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and government-related entities.
• Generate business opportunities, follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and support project closing.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with project teams after successful tender awards.

Mandatory Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
• Dubai Municipality accredited engineer card holder.
• Strong understanding of Dubai and Abu Dhabi municipality and government tendering procedures.
• 3–5 years of relevant UAE experience in quantity surveying, estimation, tendering, or business development.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and convert opportunities into projects.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, estimation, costing, and tender pricing.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and client-management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts is an advantage.
• UAE driving license is preferred.
