This is a full-time, on-site Quantity Surveyor role focused on bridge and highway projects, located in New York, NY.

The Quantity Surveyor will prepare, review, and update Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for bridge and highway works, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project specifications and contractual requirements.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring project costs, tracking progress against budgets, and producing regular cost reports for project stakeholders.

The role involves analyzing drawings and technical documents, supporting tender and variation submissions, and collaborating closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to forecast costs and manage financial risks.

The Quantity Surveyor will also support value engineering, verify contractor and subcontractor claims, and contribute to maintaining documentation in line with internal procedures and international standards.
