Role Description
The Senior Site Administrator is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi.
This position involves overseeing construction site administrative activities, managing project documentation, coordinating between various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with timelines and requirements.
The role also includes the preparation and submission of project submittals, liaising with contractors, and supporting the project management team in meeting project objectives.
The Senior Site Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining effective communication and documentation processes on-site.
Qualifications
- Proven abilities in Project Coordination and Construction Administration Services to ensure efficient site operations and adherence to project guidelines.
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate effectively with contractors, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in preparing and managing Submittals to fulfill project documentation requirements.
- Proficient Project Management skills to support the execution and monitoring of construction projects.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and organizational tools utilized in construction and project management.
- Critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and an ability to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment.
- Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a similar role in the construction or infrastructure industry, preferably in the UAE.
