Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Registered Nurse with a construction background to join our team in a camp management setting.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Abu Dhabi, with potential assignments at locations such as Sila, Liwa, or Mahawi.
The role includes providing primary healthcare services, monitoring and maintaining the health and safety of camp residents, responding to medical emergencies, maintaining detailed medical records, and promoting health and wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
- Medical expertise: Valid Registered Nurse certification, experience in primary care, and experience handling medical emergencies
- Industry-specific knowledge: Familiarity with occupational health standards and prior experience in a construction or camp management setting
- Record-keeping and compliance: Competence in maintaining medical records and adhering to local health and safety regulations
- Communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from diverse backgrounds and provide education on health and safety practices
- Flexibility and adaptability: Willingness to work in remote locations and adjust to the challenges of camp-based environments
- Additional qualifications: Experience in emergency medical training and fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
