The Quantity Surveyor role is based in Dubai, UAE.
The position supports construction project estimating, tendering, commercial risk management, and cost control.
Key responsibilities
- Develop cost estimates, budgets, and cost plans from project designs and specifications.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings, specifications, and Bills of Quantities.
- Prepare BOQs and tender documentation.
- Review subcontractor and supplier quotations against project requirements and budgets.
- Identify commercial and project risks for estimates and tender documents.
- Provide head-office support to site teams and coordinate project requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- At least two years of quantity surveying experience.
- Experience within the UAE is preferred.
- Proficiency in PlanSwift for quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, tender estimation, and cost control.
- Experience working on various construction projects.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

- The work location is in person in Dubai, UAE.
