Position Overview
QA/QC Engineer responsible for quality assurance and quality control activities on construction projects.
The role is based in Abu Dhabi and supports compliance with project, consultant, authority, and employer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project work complies with specifications and contract requirements.
- Review material, sample, and shop drawing submittals before formal consultant submission.
- Conduct internal inspections and close findings before consultant or authority inspections.
- Prepare method statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Material Inspection Requests, and Work Inspection Requests.
- Conduct joint inspections and obtain MIR, WIR, and MEP clearance approvals.
- Verify material storage and compliance with green building requirements.
- Coordinate material sampling and testing with laboratories.
- Coordinate subcontractor work and verify compliance with project requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
- Keep submittal trackers updated with the project document controller.
Qualifications
- A qualification in Civil Engineering is required.
- Two years of QA/QC experience on ADNOC Projects is required.
- Immediate availability to join is preferred.
Employment and Workplace
- The position is full-time.
- Work location is in person in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
