Qualifications
- Graduate in Civil Engineering.
- Five years of QA/QC experience is preferred.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
QA/QC Duties
- Ensure work complies with project specifications and contract requirements.
- Review material, sample, and shop drawing submittals before formal consultant submission.
- Conduct internal inspections and address findings before consultant or authority inspection.
- Prepare Method Statements, Inspection and Test Plans, Material Inspection Requests, and Work Inspection Requests.
- Conduct joint inspections and obtain consultant approvals for MIRs, WIRs, and MEP clearances.
- Ensure materials are stored according to manufacturer requirements.
- Ensure green building requirements for project materials are complied with.
- Coordinate material sampling and testing with laboratories.
- Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure their work meets project requirements.
- Prepare weekly and monthly QA/QC reports.
- Keep submittal trackers updated with the project document controller.
