A healthcare team is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Quality Officer with quality assurance experience in a medical or clinical setting.
The role supports compliance, process improvement, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and evaluate clinical and administrative processes for compliance with healthcare standards and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in developing, implementing, and updating quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments across departments.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, incident logs, and corrective action plans.
- Support accreditation activities and readiness for external audits.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify improvement areas and implement corrective measures.
- Provide training and guidance to staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records aligned with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare quality role.
- Strong understanding of healthcare quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
