The Quality Officer supports healthcare quality assurance, regulatory compliance, process improvement, and continuous quality initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical and administrative processes for compliance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Help develop, implement, and update quality policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments across departments.
- Maintain quality reports, incident logs, and corrective action plans.
- Support JCI standards implementation and readiness for external audits.
- Ensure compliance with DOH regulations, circulars, and quality mandates.
- Work with department heads on improvement areas and corrective measures.
- Train staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Maintain documentation and records required by healthcare regulations and accreditation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Quality Management, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a healthcare quality role.
- Proven experience with JCI accreditation processes and DOH compliance.
- Understanding of healthcare quality standards, accreditation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills; able to work independently and collaboratively.
- JCI accreditation experience and DOH regulatory knowledge are strongly preferred.
Pay
- Pay is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
Work location
- Work location is in person.
Availability
- Candidates able to join immediately or with a maximum 30-day notice period are preferred.
