Serve as the first point of contact for patients, assisting with scheduling, inquiries, insurance questions, and a positive patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and chat in a friendly and professional manner.
- Schedule and confirm dental appointments and record information accurately.
- Assist with insurance verification and explain coverage options.
- Address billing inquiries, process payments, and explain billing procedures.
- Resolve patient concerns and escalate issues when needed.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and relay important patient information to dental staff.
- Keep accurate records of interactions, feedback, and follow-up tasks.
- Stay current on dental services, procedures, and insurance requirements.
Qualifications
- Previous customer-service experience is requested; dental or healthcare experience is preferred.
- Arabic and English speakers are requested.
- A college diploma is listed.
- Proficiency in customer-service software and office-management tools is requested.
- Strong communication, professionalism, empathy, organization, and time management are requested.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality is requested.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
