Role Description
The Quality Manager is a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai, with a combination of on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility.
The person in this role will design, implement, and monitor quality standards for the content, event listings, and communication shared through the Open Recruitment Days platform.
Day-to-day tasks include reviewing and validating event information, ensuring accuracy and completeness of job and employer details, and maintaining consistency in language, formatting, and branding.
The Quality Manager will develop and update quality control checklists, track key quality metrics, and implement corrective actions when issues arise.
The role will also involve collaborating with the content, marketing, and operations teams, auditing processes, handling user feedback related to quality, and ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and relevant regulations.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in quality management, quality assurance, or process improvement within recruitment, HR, or online platforms.
- Strong skills in data review, accuracy checking, and documentation control to ensure consistent and reliable event and job information.
- Ability to develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and checklists, including monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide clear feedback and guidance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a part-time hybrid setting.
- Proficiency with digital tools and platforms, including spreadsheets, content management systems, and basic analytics tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Quality Management, HR, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with the UAE job market and recruitment practices is highly beneficial; experience in online communities or social media platforms is a plus.
