This is a part-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Planning Manager based in Dubai.
The Maintenance Planning Manager will oversee and coordinate maintenance schedules to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Responsibilities
include planning preventive maintenance activities, managing maintenance records, coordinating with suppliers and contractors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
The role will also focus on improving maintenance processes, enhancing efficiency, and reducing downtime.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance Planning, Scheduling, and Operations Management
- Knowledge of Safety Standards, Compliance, and Risk Management
- Strong Organizational, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Experience with Team Leadership and Supplier Coordination
- Proficiency in Maintenance Management Software
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field
- Previous experience in maintenance management in an industrial or facilities setting
- Ability to work on-site and handle time-sensitive tasks effectively
