Role Description
The Corporate Strategy Manager is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work-from-home days.
This role is responsible for assessing market trends in the UAE recruitment landscape, analyzing platform performance, and identifying new growth opportunities for Open Recruitment Days In UAE.
Day-to-day tasks include developing and refining business and revenue models, preparing strategic plans, and creating performance dashboards and reports for leadership.
The Corporate Strategy Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to prioritize initiatives, optimize operational processes, and support decision-making with data-driven insights.
The role also involves conducting competitive analysis, evaluating potential partnerships, and recommending strategic initiatives to enhance user engagement and employer participation.
Qualifications
- Strong business planning and strategic planning skills to define, evaluate, and implement long-term growth initiatives.
- Proven analytical skills and financial acumen to interpret data, build models, and assess the impact of strategic options.
- Experience in management consulting or a similar strategy-focused role, preferably within digital platforms, recruitment, or related sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; a master’s degree (e.g., MBA) is an advantage.
- Comfort working in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with the ability to manage time and priorities independently.
- Familiarity with the UAE labor market and recruitment ecosystem is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency with data and productivity tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, or similar) to prepare strategic reports and presentations.
