A Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products, processes, and services meet established quality standards and customer expectations.
They develop and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures, conduct inspections and testing, analyze data to identify defects and root causes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Quality Engineers work closely with production, engineering, and supplier teams to resolve quality issues, ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and improve overall product reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.
They also prepare quality documentation, monitor key quality metrics, and support audits and corrective actions to maintain high-quality outcomes.
