1.
To follow Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) in the laboratory.
2.
Preparation of reagents, Indicator solutions and standard solutions.
Preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions.
3.
Calibration and verification of laboratory instruments.
4.
Daily monitoring of temperature and humidity in laboratory as well as in stability chambers
5.
Sampling of Raw material and packing material.
6.
Preparation and revision of Specification and STP of Raw material, Packing material, Intermediate, Semi-finished, Finished Products and Stability.
7.
Sampling of Raw and Packaging Material as well as water samples.
8.
Preparation and Revision of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
9.
Testing of finished product, raw materials, packing material, in-process samples, validation samples and water samples with complete reporting and preparation of certificate of analysis.
10.
To notify any non-compliance (i.e.
Incidence’s, Deviation’s, Out of specification (OOS), etc.) in the laboratory.
