Supports Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams with structured medical education, training delivery, scientific content, and professional development programs.
Candidate should have knowledge in registering in DHA, KHDA for Training courses.
Arabic speaking Derma Academy Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, academic quality, and business performance of a dermatology/aesthetic training academy.
This role ensures high standards in education delivery, student satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities1. Academic & Training Management
- Plan, develop, and manage dermatology and aesthetic training programs (basic to advanced levels).
- Coordinate with dermatologists, trainers, and guest faculty.
- Ensure curriculum is updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
- Monitor training quality and student outcomes.
2. Operations Management
- Oversee day-to-day academy operations (scheduling, classrooms, equipment).
- Ensure availability and maintenance of medical/aesthetic devices.
- Implement and monitor SOPs for smooth functioning.
3. Business Development & Sales
- Drive student enrollments and course revenue.
- Develop partnerships with clinics, hospitals, and aesthetic centers.
- Plan marketing campaigns (digital & offline) with the marketing team.
- Identify new course opportunities and expansion strategies.
4. Student Experience & Support
- Ensure high levels of student satisfaction and engagement.
- Handle student inquiries, complaints, and feedback.
- Track student progress and certification processes.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure adherence to medical, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation for audits and certifications.
- Uphold ethical practices in training and patient handling (if applicable).
6. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage academy staff and trainers.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching.
- Foster a collaborative and professional work environment.
Key Requirementseducation
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- Preference: Healthcare, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field
- Certifications in dermatology/aesthetics (preferred)
- Arabic speaking mandatory
Experience
- 7+ years in academy management, training institutes, or aesthetic/healthcare industry
- Experience in sales, operations, or education management is a plus
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Knowledge of dermatology/aesthetic procedures (e.g., lasers, injectables, skincare)
- Sales and business development mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED13,000.00 per month
