We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Manager for our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet stringent UAE regulatory standards and internal quality benchmarks, from raw material inspection through to final packaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage comprehensive QC processes across all production and packaging stages.
- Ensure full compliance with UAE food safety standards and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Conduct regular facility inspections, internal audits, and implement necessary corrective actions.
- Manage the inspection of raw materials and agricultural commodities to ensure quality from the source.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and operational safety.
- Maintain and update quality documentation, ensuring the facility is always audit-ready.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: MSc or BSc in Food Science, Food Technology, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 3–5+ years of proven experience in Quality Control within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of agricultural commodities, raw materials, and UAE food safety regulations.
- Certifications: HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent food safety certifications are highly preferred.
- Skills: Exceptional leadership abilities, sharp analytical thinking, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
