Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Executive to join our growing real estate team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of sales calls, customer interactions, and overall service standards within the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate sales and leasing agents’ calls and client interactions
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Identify areas for improvement and provide constructive feedback to the team
• Prepare quality reports and performance evaluations
• Conduct regular audits of CRM data, client follow-ups, and lead handling processes
• Work closely with sales, leasing, and management teams to improve performance
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and guidelines
• Track customer satisfaction and service quality metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of findings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Quality Control or a similar role in the real estate market
• Strong understanding of sales and leasing processes in real estate
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills
• Strong communication and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM systems and call monitoring tools
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• UAE experience is preferred
• Immediate joiners preferred
