Quality Control Manager – Aesthetic Clinic

Role overview

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, standards, and healthcare protocols.
• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures; conduct internal audits, inspections, and compliance assessments.
• Oversee documentation, medical records management, and adherence to clinic policies.
• Monitor infection control, patient safety, and clinical risk management procedures; implement corrective and preventive actions for non-compliance.
• Prepare quality reports, support DHA inspections, and train staff on quality standards, clinic protocols, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and management to maintain high patient care standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Quality Control Manager, Quality Assurance Manager, or Healthcare Quality Officer in a clinic.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of clinical protocols, infection control, patient safety, and healthcare audits.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and organizational skills; relevant healthcare or quality management qualifications.

Preferred experience and languages

• Aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic medicine clinic experience is highly preferred; five years of aesthetic clinic experience is preferred.
• Arabic and English are preferred.

Pay

• AED 4,700–8,000 per month.
