Female Human Resources Manager & Recruiter with Aesthetic Clinic Experience

About the role

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, interview, and onboard clinical, aesthetic, and administrative staff, including doctors, nurses, customer relations, marketing, and support staff.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in alignment with clinic goals and UAE legal standards.
• Manage performance evaluations and grievances, maintain morale, and foster a positive organizational environment.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, visa processing, licensing registrations, MOH/DHA regulations, and WPS payroll requirements.
• Oversee employee documentation, orientation, probation tracking, exit interviews, and end-of-service processing.
• Maintain employee records and leave tracking; coordinate monthly payroll processing with accounting and finance.

Requirements and qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of progressive HR generalist or management and talent acquisition experience.
• Medical, aesthetic, or healthcare-sector experience in the UAE is highly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law, visa processing procedures, and healthcare licensing standards.
• English fluency is mandatory; Arabic fluency is an advantage.
• Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills, attention to detail, and discretion.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required; SHRM/CIPD certifications are a plus.
• At least 1 year of aesthetic clinic experience is required.

Compensation

• Pay is up to AED 7,000 per month.
