An Arabic-speaking telesales agent handles patient inquiries, follows up with leads, explains aesthetic treatments, and converts inquiries into clinic appointments.
Responsibilities
- Convert inquiries from social media, website forms, and WhatsApp into confirmed clinic appointments.
- Call warm leads, existing patients, and database contacts to promote treatments, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Educate potential patients about injectables, laser treatments, advanced facials, body contouring, and other treatments.
- Handle objections professionally and work toward daily and weekly KPIs, call-volume targets, and monthly booking quotas.
- Log client communications, feedback, and appointment statuses in the clinic CRM system.
Requirements
- Arabic-speaking candidate with excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Proven telesales or call-center experience specifically in an aesthetic medical centre, cosmetic clinic, or dermatology centre.
- The role overview states at least 1 year of verifiable UAE telesales experience; the requirements section states 2 or more years of professional UAE sales or telesales experience.
- Current resident of Dubai.
- Understanding of aesthetic terminology and treatment value; exceptional phone etiquette, active listening, negotiation, and closing skills.
- High-energy, resilient, and target-driven approach.
Pay
- Pay is listed as AED 4,000–AED 5,500 per month.
