Role overview
The telesales agent handles patient inquiries and converts them into clinic bookings.
The role includes inbound lead handling, outbound follow-ups, treatment education, and appointment conversion.
Key responsibilities
- Convert leads from social media, website forms, and WhatsApp into confirmed appointments.
- Call warm leads, existing patients, and database contacts to promote treatments, packages, and seasonal offers.
- Explain injectables, laser treatments, advanced facials, and body contouring; handle objections professionally.
- Meet daily and weekly KPIs, call-volume targets, and monthly booking quotas.
- Record client communications, feedback, and appointment status in the clinic CRM.
Required qualifications
- Aesthetic clinic, cosmetic clinic, or dermatology centre telesales or call-centre experience is mandatory.
- At least one year of verifiable UAE telesales experience is required.
- Applicants must currently live in Dubai.
- Arabic and excellent spoken and written English are required.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- At least one year of aesthetic or cosmetic experience with Botox and filler is required.
- Strong phone etiquette, active listening, negotiation, and closing skills are required.
Pay
- Pay is AED 3,500–4,000 per month.
