Job Summary
We are looking for a Quality Control (Bakery) to ensure all bakery products meet the company's quality, food safety, and hygiene standards.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on bakery production experience and knowledge of quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect bakery products for quality, taste, texture, appearance, and consistency.
- Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Check the quality of raw materials and finished products.
- Ensure adherence to HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Maintain quality inspection records and report any non-conformities.
- Coordinate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained throughout production.
Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of bakery quality control or production experience in the UAE.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and Dubai Municipality regulations.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced bakery production environment.
