Job Summary
We are looking for a **Logistics Executive – Shipping** with hands-on experience in Dubai Trade (Mirsal 2) to manage import/export shipping documentation, customs clearance, and logistics operations.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UAE customs procedures and shipping documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle import and export shipping documentation.
- Process transactions through Dubai Trade (Mirsal 2).
- Prepare and submit Bill of Entry (BOE) and other customs documents.
- Coordinate customs clearance with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs authorities.
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with UAE customs regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate shipping and customs records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders for smooth logistics operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum **1 year of hands-on experience with Dubai Trade (Mirsal 2)**.
- Practical experience in import/export customs documentation.
- Experience in Bill of Entry (BOE) processing and customs clearance procedures.
- Good knowledge of UAE shipping and logistics operations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
