Are you a passionate production leader with proven experience in bakery, pastry, and coffee shop operations?
We are seeking an experienced **Production Manager** to oversee our central production facility and ensure the consistent delivery of premium-quality products across our coffee shop network.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Plan and manage daily production operations.
✔ Ensure consistent product quality and compliance with food safety standards.
✔ Lead, mentor, and develop the production team.
✔ Monitor production costs, inventory, and minimize waste.
✔ Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and retail operations.
✔ Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of UAE experience in bakery, pastry, or food production in a senior role.
- Experience managing a central kitchen or multi-outlet production facility is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, planning, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
