Overview
Role Description This is a part-time Quality Assurance Manager role based in Dubai with a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site presence at the school with some work-from-home flexibility.
The Quality Assurance Manager will design, implement, and monitor quality standards and processes across academic and administrative functions.
Responsibilities
include conducting regular audits of teaching practices, assessments, and school records; gathering and analyzing data on student performance and school operations; and preparing clear reports and recommendations for school leadership.
The role involves coordinating internal reviews, supporting accreditation or inspection processes, and ensuring compliance with relevant educational regulations and school policies.
The Quality Assurance Manager will collaborate with department heads and teachers to develop improvement plans, deliver training on quality practices, and track progress against agreed benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in quality assurance, school improvement, or educational leadership, preferably in a school or academic setting.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, including the ability to use data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear reports and present findings to diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and reviews within agreed timelines.
- Familiarity with educational standards, inspection frameworks, or accreditation processes in the region is highly desirable.
- Collaborative mindset with the capacity to work effectively with teachers, administrators, and external partners.
- High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professional conduct.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Quality Management, or a related field; an advanced degree or certification in quality assurance or school leadership is an advantage.
