Role Description
This part-time hybrid role of Quality Assurance Manager is based in Abu Dhabi, with an option for partial remote work.
The manager will oversee and enhance quality assurance protocols, ensuring that legal documentation and processes comply with firm standards and client requirements.
Responsibilities
include developing and implementing QA policies, leading testing procedures, identifying areas for improvement, conducting internal audits, and training staff on quality assurance best practices.
Collaboration with various departments to maintain high legal service standards is a crucial part of this role.
Qualifications
- Quality assurance expertise, including familiarity with QA tools and methodologies
- Experience in process development, internal audits, and compliance
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in legal documentation review and accuracy checks
- Capability to train and mentor staff in quality management systems
- Ability to manage workflows in a hybrid work environment
- Experience in the legal sector or professional services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in law, quality management, or a related field
