Report to the Qoros Programme SteerCo and lead a complex programme transferring manufacturing product lines into existing McBride facilities.
Establish and manage the integration programme from mobilization through completion, coordinating workstreams across business functions.
Key responsibilities
- Programme-manage the Atlas and Integrate projects within the Qoros Programme.
- Manage the programme plan, governance, milestones, risks, and dependencies.
- Oversee product-line transfers while minimizing operational disruption and maintaining customer supply.
- Coordinate manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, quality, procurement, IT, finance, and commercial teams.
- Report to internal and external stakeholders, including the Qoros SteerCo and McBride board.
- Deliver synergies, efficiency improvements, and cost savings; mitigate risks and resolve issues.
- Maintain regulatory, quality, and health and safety standards; support cultural integration of the acquired business.
