QHSE system and documentation
- Develop, implement, maintain, and continually improve the Company's Integrated Management System in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable UAE legal and client requirements.
- Prepare and review project-specific HSE plans, Environmental Management Plans, Occupational Safety and Health Plans, method statements, risk assessments, JSAs, emergency response plans, permit-to-work procedures, waste management plans, and traffic management plans.
- Provide HSE support for tenders through technical submissions, compliance matrices, execution strategies, resource plans, and HSE cost estimates.
- Maintain client prequalification documentation, including HSE statistics, certifications, organizational profiles, competency records, procedures, and policies.
Monitoring, training, and coordination
- Conduct site inspections, audits, compliance assessments, incident investigations, and management system evaluations; ensure corrective and preventive actions are closed out.
- Track QHSE performance through KPIs, statistical reports, dashboards, trend analyses, and management reports.
- Coordinate and deliver HSE inductions, training, toolbox talks, awareness campaigns, emergency drills, and competency development.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, subcontractors, and project teams on QHSE compliance.
Quality support and leadership
- Support QA/QC through internal audits, non-conformance reports, corrective action plans, document control, and continual improvement.
- Provide technical guidance, promote a proactive safety culture, identify improvements, and align QHSE objectives with company goals.
Role requirements
- The role's management-system work is governed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and applicable UAE legal and client requirements.
- Project documentation and coordination must support contractual, client-specific, and regulatory QHSE compliance.
