Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in management coordination, administration, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong experience in outsourcing coordination, communication, and follow-up with external service providers.
- Ability to coordinate maintenance teams, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Good understanding of maintenance operations, scheduling, manpower coordination, and service requirements.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow up on pending requirements, and ensure timely completion of work.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and maintenance or operations management software.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Relevant UAE experience and willingness to work in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in a maintenance, facilities management, contracting, or technical services company is preferred.
Work Location
- Work location is in person.
- Coordinate with site and maintenance teams as required.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance teams, technicians, suppliers, subcontractors, clients, and external service providers.
- Manage outsourcing coordination, communications, and follow-up with external service providers.
- Coordinate maintenance scheduling, manpower allocation, and service requirements.
- Follow up on pending requirements and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
- Support administration and operations coordination for maintenance and technical services activities.
- Coordinate with site and maintenance teams in Abu Dhabi as required.
- Manage multiple tasks while maintaining organized communication with relevant stakeholders.
