Qualifications
- Strong academic background, such as Engineering and/or Business, from a top-tier university.
- Associate Consultant candidates need 1–2 years of experience in technology, research, or innovation environments.
- Consultant candidates need at least 1 year of solid management consulting experience.
- Experience planning, managing, and delivering innovation and technical-based projects.
- Formal project delivery tracking experience using Gantt charts or similar.
- Demonstrable experience leading and completing complex technical innovation projects.
- Experience understanding technical discussions and documentation.
- Knowledge of open innovation methodology, intellectual property, and technology scouting.
- Business proficiency in Arabic and English is required.
