Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA & Support Engineer to ensure product quality and provide efficient customer support through a ticketing system.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing new features, validating bug fixes, and maintaining clear communication with clients across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform manual testing to ensure product quality and functionality
- Identify, document, and track bugs using ticketing/bug tracking systems
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing
- Handle customer support queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with development teams to improve product performance
- Manage multiple projects and priorities effectively
- Communicate updates and solutions clearly with clients and internal teams
Skills & Requirements
- Experience in manual testing and QA processes
- Familiarity with bug tracking/ticketing systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Basic knowledge of APIs and tools like Postman
