- Provide information about products, promotions, and services.
- Maintain attractive product displays and showroom cleanliness.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Monitor stock availability and report shortages.
- Support sales targets and customer satisfaction initiatives.
- Handle customer feedback professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, showroom, or customer service.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Experience in F&B, bakery, chocolate, or retail environments is preferred.
