Oversee quality and food safety in caviar and fish processing operations.
Requirements
- Degree or diploma in Food Science, Microbiology, Fisheries, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of QA/QC experience in food production; seafood processing experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP, ISO 22000, hygiene standards, and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to processing controls, labelling accuracy, packaging, and cold-chain monitoring.
Pay
- Pay is AED 1–2 per month.
Work location
- Work is in person.
