Key Purpose
Provide active support and technical supervision of the site-based field audit and inspection function.
Role and Responsibilities
- Establish a project Quality Management Program with the project management team and EPC/contractor, and lead site QA/QC plan implementation.
- Maintain quality information and documentation flow among project stakeholders.
- Identify quality issues that may affect contractual commitments or facility operability.
- Ensure quality programs and practices reflect internal quality standards.
- Document and report contractual non-conformances and related issues.
- Participate in site meetings and support site management teams.
Candidate Profile
- Civil engineering degree is required.
- Several years of hands-on quality management and QA/QC experience in high-rise building construction are required.
- Understand relevant International Design Codes, quality control processes, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Complementary skills may include Quality Management Information Systems, project documentation, and technical or inspection staff supervision.
- Provide technical leadership in a multicultural environment; strong communication, report writing, and problem-solving skills are expected.
- 10–15 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
- Unlimited Floors Certification is required.
Pay
- AED 22,000–25,000 per month.
