Role overview
Support construction project teams in Dubai by building, updating, and tracking schedules, monitoring daily progress, and preparing management reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior planners with master project schedules using industry software.
- Track site activities against baseline schedules and flag potential delays.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and management presentations.
- Track manpower, equipment, and material allocations.
- Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and project managers to gather updates and address bottlenecks.
- Maintain project records, schedules, and correspondence files.
Qualifications and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- 4–6 years of construction and project planning experience; large-scale commercial, residential, and industrial projects are ideal.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office Suite.
- Basic CAD familiarity is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and effective communication in English.
Pay
- AED 8,000–10,000 per month.
