Key Roles & Responsibilities
Implement and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) for interior fit-out works.
Organize and allocate inspection works to Site Team, Material Engineers, and testing agencies.
Review material submittals, delivery inspections, laboratory test reports, and compliance certificates.
Ensure all architectural, joinery, finishes, and MEP-related works are inspected and approved.
Prepare, review, and submit method statements, ITPs, checklists, and work procedures.
Issue NCRs for non-conforming works and coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Verify implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions prior to closure.
Prepare and submit QA/QC-related RFIs and coordinate inspections with Main Contractor.
Maintain NCR registers, audit logs, and quality records.
Prepare NCR status, key issues, and action plans.
Support final inspections, snagging, and project handover activities.
