- Ensure SLA/KPI targets and departmental objectives are achieved.
Performance Monitoring and Control
- Rental asset utilization efficiency.
- Accuracy of asset tracking systems and inventory records.
- Warehouse operational efficiency including preparation, handling, storage, and dispatch methods.
- Site operational activities related to Furniture projects.
- Asset availability, condition, and operational readiness.
- Daily operational activities and project deliveries.
- Quality of service and operational execution.
- Department operational costs and major cost contributors.
- Tools, machinery, RFID devices, scanners, and operational equipment.
- Compliance with operational processes and system usage standards.
Governance and Operational Control
- Purchase requests related to operational and rental asset requirements.
- Asset preparation quality and operational standards.
- Correct operational and preparation methods.
- Asset movement transactions and system accuracy.
- Timesheets and manpower allocation.
- Derig and return reports.
- Team site expenses and operational expenditures.
- Compliance with tracking, scanning, and asset identification procedures.
Continuous Improvement and Efficiency
- Rental asset planning and forecasting.
- Asset tracking and traceability systems.
- RFID implementation and operational technology improvements.
