The coordinator follows purchase orders for Lollipop, MYWALIT, and Nectar across suppliers, warehouse, and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Track orders with suppliers, confirm warehouse receipt, close orders in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory, and follow payment requests through settlement.
- Enter purchase orders in ERPLY; create bills and record goods receiving in Zoho Inventory.
- Check stock availability with suppliers for upcoming and repeat orders.
- Place monthly warehouse and office supply orders and obtain approval through Zoho Expenses.
- Submit expense claims and vendor expenses in the system.
- Register items in ERPLY and Zoho Inventory with pricing, units, brand, and barcode details.
Candidate requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or related field; strong hands-on candidates without a degree may be considered.
- 1–4 years in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or order coordination.
- Retail, FMCG, distribution, or trading experience is preferred; UAE market experience is also preferred.
- Experience across multiple brands and POS/retail and accounting/inventory systems is an advantage.
- Working knowledge of ERPLY or comparable retail/POS software, and Zoho Inventory and Zoho Expenses or comparable software.
- Intermediate Excel skills; strong follow-up, coordination, and attention to detail.
