Procurement duties
- Identify and procure construction, interior fit-out, MEP, and other materials according to project specifications.
- Source suppliers, evaluate quotations, negotiate prices, and maintain supplier relationships.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring quantities, specifications, prices, and delivery terms are accurate.
- Compare quotations, negotiate competitive rates, and identify cost savings without compromising quality.
Coordination and controls
- Monitor delivery schedules and coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, site teams, and project managers for timely material availability.
- Maintain purchase records, supplier details, quotations, invoices, and other procurement documents.
- Ensure purchased materials meet approved specifications and required quality standards.
- Coordinate inventory with warehouse and project teams to avoid shortages, overstocking, and unnecessary purchases.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
