Civil Estimation Engineer

Estimation and tender duties
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Prepare quantity take-offs for civil and architectural work.
- Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and pricing analyses.
- Assist with technical and commercial bid submissions.
Coordination and bid support
- Coordinate inputs with project, procurement, and engineering teams.
- Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Check compliance with client requirements and authority regulations.
- Maintain estimation records and cost databases.
- Support value-engineering proposals to enhance competitiveness.
- Assist the Senior Estimation Engineer in final bid review and submission.
