Drawing and drafting
- Prepare and update MEP shop drawings in AutoCAD according to project specifications.
- Ensure drawing accuracy, clarity, engineering-standard compliance, and compliance with municipal requirements.
- Develop coordination drawings integrating HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire-fighting services.
Coordination and review
- Coordinate drawings with architectural, structural, and other engineering disciplines.
- Revise drawings using instructions, redlines, or mark-ups from the MEP Manager or engineers.
- Attend internal coordination meetings to resolve design or drafting conflicts.
Documentation and site support
- Assist with drawing submittals, as-built drawings, and documents for consultant or client approval.
- Maintain an organized drawing and revision database and deliver drawings in line with project timelines.
- Provide site teams with current drawings and clarifications; attend site visits or meetings when required.
Compliance
- Follow company CAD standards and maintain consistency across drawings.
- Meet UAE local authority regulations and submission requirements, including DEWA, ADDC, and DCD requirements.
Pay
- AED 4,000–5,000 per month.

- Work is in person.
