Project Execution
- Supervise daily site activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate civil, architectural, interior fit-out, and finishing works with subcontractors and site teams.
- Ensure projects meet approved schedules and budgets.
- Monitor progress, report to the Project Manager, and resolve construction challenges.
Site Management
- Plan daily and weekly work schedules for site personnel.
- Ensure adequate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are available.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity.
- Verify completed work before submitting inspection requests.
- Maintain worksite housekeeping and organization.
Quality Control
- Ensure works comply with approved shop drawings, specifications, and applicable standards.
- Conduct quality inspections and rectify nonconforming work promptly.
- Coordinate material inspections and approvals before installation.
- Maintain quality inspection records.
Planning and Coordination
- Coordinate with Procurement for timely material delivery.
- Coordinate with MEP teams to avoid work conflicts.
- Review construction drawings and identify discrepancies.
- Attend project coordination meetings and support planning and resource allocation.
Health, Safety and Environment
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and company safety procedures.
- Conduct site safety inspections and ensure workers use required PPE.
- Report hazards, unsafe acts, and near misses immediately.
- Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings.
- Stop unsafe work practices observed on site.
Documentation and Reporting
- Prepare daily site reports and maintain site diaries and progress records.
- Verify subcontractor measurements and completed quantities.
- Assist with progress claims and work completion reports.
- Maintain records of inspections, approvals, RFIs, and NCRs.
Client and Consultant Coordination
- Attend client and consultant meetings.
- Coordinate inspections and approvals.
- Ensure timely resolution of client comments.
- Maintain professional communication with stakeholders.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise day-to-day construction activities according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Experience coordinating civil, architectural, interior fit-out, and finishing works.
- Ability to conduct quality inspections and manage nonconforming work.
- Knowledge of UAE HSE regulations, safety procedures, and required PPE practices.
- Ability to coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, procurement, and MEP teams.
- Ability to maintain site records, inspection documentation, RFIs, NCRs, and progress reports.
