Purchase Executive – Luggage, handbags & accessories

About the Role

We are hiring results-driven Purchase Executives who specialise in sourcing ladies’ handbags and fashion accessories. This is a performance-focused role requiring strong expertise in supplier networks, trend identification, and price negotiations.

Experience: 4–7 years (UAE buying experience preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

· End-to-end sourcing of handbags, wallets, belts, and fashion accessories

· Identify and develop reliable suppliers, local & international.

· Drive price negotiations, cost reduction, and margin improvement

· Track fashion trends and fast-moving items to maximise sales

· Plan purchasing based on demand, seasonality, and stock movement

· Ensure product quality (materials, finishing, durability)

· Manage vendor relationships and performance

· Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and logistics teams

· Handle import processes, shipment follow-ups, and documentation

Requirements:

· 4–7 years of UAE experience in handbags, luggage, or accessories purchasing

· Strong supplier network (must be able to source independently)

· Proven ability to negotiate pricing and improve margins

· Understanding of fashion trends and product selection

· Knowledge of import/logistics procedures

· Knowledge in Excel & ERP systems

Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
· Candidates with relevant certifications or equivalent practical experience will also be considered
