About This Role
Job Description:
- Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs
- Research potential vendors
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Update internal databases with order details
- Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices
- Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts
- Follow up with suppliers as needed to confirm and change orders
- Assist Purchase Manager as per requirements
Job Requirements:
- Experience 3-4 years (preferred in façade works)
- Advance knowledge of MS Excel
- Good communication skills
- Good in English reading & writing and understanding.
Work Location: In person
