Description: We are looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our real estate development team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, sourcing high-quality materials, and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
The role requires efficient coordination with project teams, ensuring timely delivery of materials and services that align with the company's operational needs.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from identifying suppliers to contract negotiation and final purchase.
- Source materials, equipment, and services necessary for real estate development projects.
- Negotiate terms and pricing with suppliers to secure cost-effective and high-quality products.
- Manage relationships with existing vendors and develop new supplier partnerships.
- Coordinate with project managers and other departments to forecast and plan procurement needs.
- Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and services to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE procurement regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely payments and accurate documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the real estate development or construction industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in procurement software and ERP systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple procurement projects.
- Knowledge of UAE market and suppliers.
