HSE Supervisor

Overview

• Implement and monitor the company's Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to ensure compliance with UAE regulations and company standards.
• Identify workplace hazards and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, incident logs, and risk assessments.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and submit detailed reports with corrective action plans.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox talks, and awareness training for employees and subcontractors.
• Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and enforce site safety requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to maintain a safe working environment.
• Monitor lifting operations, work at height, excavation activities, and other high-risk construction activities.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities and assist during inspections and audits.
• Promote a positive safety culture and encourage employee participation in HSE initiatives.
