- Minimum 3–5 years of experience operating tower cranes on high-rise, Residential, commercial, or large-scale construction projects.
- Strong understanding of lifting operations, load charts, rigging principles, and crane safety practices.
- Ability to read and interpret lifting plans, signals, and basic construction drawings.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with site teams.
- Physically fit and able to work at heights and in varying weather conditions.
- Knowledge of UAE construction safety standards and best practices is preferred.
